1. Scope and responsible studio
This policy applies to the GreenHill Studio portfolio website, including its project pages and contact form. GreenHill Studio is responsible for the information submitted through the website. It does not cover third-party websites or GreenHill Studio mobile applications, which have their own policies.
2. Information the website handles
If you use the contact form, the website receives the name, email address, project type, and message you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data.
The contact endpoint temporarily uses your network address to limit automated or repeated submissions. The hosting provider may also process standard connection information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the website.
3. How information is used
Contact information is used to read your enquiry, reply by email, understand the type of work you are considering, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. It is not used for automated decision-making or sold for advertising.
4. Email delivery, hosting, and external links
Contact-form messages are transmitted through Resend, the email-delivery provider, and delivered to GreenHill Studio's private inbox. The hosting provider processes requests needed to serve and protect the site. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
The portfolio links to GitHub and third-party project websites. Those websites receive information only when you choose to open them, and their own privacy policies apply.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not currently use advertising, analytics trackers, or marketing cookies. After a contact-form submission, the browser stores a short-lived timestamp in session storage to prevent accidental repeated submissions. It is removed when the browser session ends and is not used to identify you across websites.
6. Retention and security
Contact messages may remain in the receiving email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond, discuss a project, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. You may ask GreenHill Studio to delete a message unless it must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason.
The website validates and limits form fields, restricts requests to the configured site origin, applies rate limiting, and sends text-only email. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You can browse the portfolio without submitting the contact form. You may ask what contact information GreenHill Studio holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Rights vary by location and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain at this URL with a revised update date.
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form on the portfolio. Do not include sensitive information in the message.
